As a Registered Nurse (RN) at The Laurels of Pender, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills and become a leader. You will plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services and health education to our guests, supervising the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members. You will assess the health of our guests and notify the physician of changes in status, developing a plan of care based on assessment and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
