Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Needed in Salisbury
The Laurels of Salisbury is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time LPN to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will work closely with our guests, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Salary: $7,000 sign-on bonus included
Job Summary:
- We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our guests to receive the highest quality care.
- You will be responsible for assessing the health needs of our guests, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct regular assessments to identify changes in a guest's condition and notify the physician as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred
- Current LPN licensure in the state
- CPR certification
