About the Role:
- As a LPN on our team, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the health needs of our guests and develop care plans in collaboration with our care team
- Provide direct care services, including administering medications, performing wound care, and promoting independence
- Communicate effectively with guests, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field
- Current LPN licensure in the state
- CPR certification
