About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Laurels of Sandy Creek. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our guests, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
- Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
