About the Job
The Director of Social Services plays a critical role in ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. This includes supervising Social Workers, guiding facility staff, and carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
- Preferred one year supervised social work experience working directly with individuals in a healthcare setting
- Current Social Work license from the state of MI is preferred
