Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, breathing rate, and blood pressure.
- Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
- Care for the residents' environment, including keeping their rooms clean and organized.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with eating and hydration.
- Observe residents' skin when administering care and report changes to licensed nurses.
