Role Overview
As a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Care for guests' environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Observe guests' skin when administering care and report any changes to the licensed nurse.
- Provide skin care as needed to promote guests' comfort and well-being.
- Meet guests' mental health and social service needs by engaging with them and addressing their concerns.
