The Role of Unit Manager

  • The Unit Manager will provide overall direction and supervision to the nursing staff, ensuring that the needs of our guests are met in a timely and effective manner.

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing individualized plans of care for our guests.
  • Conducting regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these gaps.

Requirements

  • CURRENT STATE NURSING LICENSURE REQUIRED, RN.
  • CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION AND ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATION IN A NURSING SPECIALTY DESIRED.
  • MANAGEMENT OR SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE IN LONG-TERM CARE OR GERIATRIC NURSING PREFERRED.
