About the Role
As an LPN at The Laurels of Walden Park, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members
- Selecting and implementing appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize patients' conditions and prevent complications
- Contributing to patients' assessments (MDS/CAA's) and developing plans of care
