Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of Worthington, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills and become a leader in providing exceptional care to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education to our guests.
- Supervise the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members who care for our guests.
- Assess the health of our guests and notify the physician of changes in status.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
