About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Director of Marketing to join our team for three months, with the potential to extend. This role is for a self-driven leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to generate leads, execute recruiting campaigns, and build a powerful brand.
In this role, you will lead a three-person marketing team, develop strategies that fill our pipeline with high-quality leads, and drive our recruiting and agent marketing efforts.
ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Growth Strategy
- Build and execute marketing campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert leads into buyers, sellers, and agents
- Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to optimize our lead sources.
- Track, analyze, and improve lead performance metrics, ensuring we increase conversion rates across all marketing efforts
- Manage Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM, lead automation, and database segmentation to ensure every lead is followed up with at the right time
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and lead-generation strategies with revenue goals
Recruiting & Agent Marketing
- Own all recruiting marketing efforts—from digital campaigns to customized outreach strategies that attract top talent
- Oversee the development of branded recruiting materials, presentations, and social campaigns to position LFRT as the premier real estate team
- Create email, social media, and content strategies that engage and convert potential recruits
- Work closely with leadership to implement marketing-driven recruiting events, digital ad campaigns, and retargeting strategies
Brand Development & Digital Presence
- Maintain and enhance our online presence
- Manage and optimize SEO, blog content, email marketing, and social campaigns to ensure brand consistency and visibility
- Oversee the development of agent branding materials, ensuring our team has the best digital presence in the industry
Event Marketing & PR
- Drive the marketing strategy for client, recruiting, and agent recognition events
- Develop and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach to elevate the LFRT brand
- Capture and distribute high-quality content from events to drive post-event engagement and lead generation
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Lead and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) with a focus on lead conversion and engagement
- Create and post high-impact content that drives interaction, lead generation, and brand authority
- Develop email campaigns, blog posts, and digital storytelling strategies to position LFRT as a market leader
Print & Direct Mail Marketing
- Oversee the design and execution of targeted mailing campaigns, postcards, and print marketing materials
- Manage branded recruiting and listing presentation materials to ensure our team is always putting its best foot forward
Who You Are
- Experienced Growth Marketer: 7 years in a real estate marketing or lead generation-focused role
- Proven Leader: You know how to manage a team, execute high-level strategy, and drive measurable results
- Data-Driven & Strategic: You make decisions based on analytics, KPIs, and lead conversion insights
- Tech-Savvy Marketer: Experience with Google Ads, SEO, CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred), email automation, and social media strategy
- Passionate About Recruiting & Lead Generation: You know that growth is everything, and you thrive in an environment that’s all about driving results
