Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions. The role will involve supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation and case management.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
- Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal software and tools
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Previous experience in a litigation setting is a must
- Previous experience with Clio is a plus
