Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a NY / NJ Attorney at The Law Office of Barry E. Janay, P.C. in Livingston, NJ. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and specializing in Law and Labor and Employment Law. The role will involve handling various legal matters in areas such as Real Estate, Business, Commercial / Collections, Bankruptcy, Debtor Protection, and Aviation Law. The primary need at this time (late 2024) is an experienced litigation attorney who wishes to focus primarily on estate cases (breach of fiduciary duty, proving the validity of wills / trusts, accounting actions, and misappropriation of assets).
Qualifications
