Lead Intake Specialist
Our Baltimore-based law Firm seeks an enthusiastic and personable lead intake specialist to assist our Sales Department with inbound queries for legal assistance. Our Lead Intake Specialist will often be potential clients’ first point of contact and so must project the calm, empathetic confidence for which our Firm is known.
Training is provided, as this is an entry-level position with plans to promote high performers further within the Firm.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries for legal services, primarily by phone
- Qualify and triage potential clients based on internal guidelines
- Schedule potential clients for consults
- Develop and maintain internal records on performance, conversion rates, and projected lead values
- Connect with internal stakeholders (lawyers, paralegals, etc.) to better understand desired client base and possible program improvements
- Other duties as assigned and needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual - Spanish Preferred
- Comfortable, convincing communicator in front of strangers, both over the phone and electronically
- Comfortable juggling several incoming clients at once while still taking thorough typed notes – desired 50 WPM
- Comfortable using digital databases and computer programs – previous data entry experience a plus
- Previous experience in secretarial and/or inbound call center duties a plus
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and manage deadlines Available to work in-person from 8:30 AM to 5 PM in our Linthicum, MD office
