SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS ONLY
Law firm on the South End of Hilton Head seeking Applicants to fill the position of Attorney's Assistant. Pay is on a sliding scale based upon experience. Employee will be incentivized and strong performance is rewarded accordingly.
Legal experience is helpful, but not required. Previous office/administrative experience is preferred. Strong Receptionist/Client Relations skills are a must. Duties range from Word processing; phone calls/message triage; intake; scheduling; documents preparation; and taking part in signing conferences as a witness/notary; to name a few. South Carolina residency and South Carolina Voter Registration is required as Applicant will need to become a Notary Public. Candidates that are already Notary Publics will receive strong consideration. Strong Receptionist/Client Relations skills are a must. Familiarity with Windows software and Microsoft Word is a must. Familiarity with Timeslips software is helpful, but not required. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must. Professional appearance and demeanor is expected.
Attorney's Assistant will assist and facilitate Attorneys in their day to day lives and operations and will also need to work well with Paralegals, Office Manager, and other Employees of the Firm.
