We are seeking an insightful Sr Data Analyst (BI Developer) with your expertise in multi-touch attribution models, data integration, and creating actionable dashboards. This role will support our Marketing team with data-driven decision-making by providing a 360-degree view of performance and delivering strategic insights.
Compensation :
150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience
Responsibilities :
Develop scalable, automated reporting systems for leadership and stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and operational data, providing actionable insights.
Design robust data strategies to maintain quality, consistency, and accessibility.
Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning analytics with business goals.
Requirements :
5 years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
Integrate and normalize data from ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and CRMs.
Advanced skills in Domo or Power BI for dashboard creation and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, ETL pipelines, and data governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic impact.
Exceptional communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
