Compensation and Benefits- Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- Paid Vacation: Available after 1 year of employment

Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a law office preferred
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and take detailed notes
- Strong proofreading skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation and submission of legal documents, filings, and court forms.
- Clerical Support: Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining electronic and physical records.
- Legal Research & Drafting: Assist attorneys in drafting legal correspondence, motions, briefs, and other documents as needed.
- Case Management: Organize and manage case files, ensuring that all paperwork is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Client Interaction: Provide support in client communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
- Trial Preparation: Assist attorneys with organizing exhibits, trial notebooks, and other materials for court proceedings.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the smooth operation of the office by performing other duties as assigned.
