Role Description
The Law Offices of Gonzalez & Associates is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team! Our ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and one who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is a full-time Case Manager for the Personal Injury Department at our Miami location. Key accountabilities and responsibilities
· Complete initial calls to clients to obtain all necessary information
· Manage a case load of <100 cases
· Draft and send prepared demand packages
· Negotiate with providers and insurance companies at the attorney’s directive for the best possible outcome
· Prepare wavers and reduction letters
· Assist clients with recorded statements, IMEs and EUOs
· Maintain communication with clients to ensure they are up to date with the details of their respective case
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in person
· Pull periodic reports to ensure follow up with all cases
Desired Qualifications:
· Legal assistant experience is preferred
· Verbal and written fluency in English, Bilingual preferred
· Time management and organization skills
· Ability to operate a personal computer with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
· Maintain a good relationship with fellow colleagues
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Reliable form of transportation
Salary : $25 - $28
