Role Description
The Law Offices of Gonzalez & Associates is searching for a creative and enthusiastic candidate to join our team! Our ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and one with a unique talent for all things social media and digital marketing. Position will be responsible for managing all social media marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, coordinating digital marketing projects, and overseeing communication strategies for the firm.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and growth across all platforms
- Monitor, respond, and interact with other profiles and pages
- Collaborate with all team members in person 2-3 times per week to plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media and marketing platforms
- Plan, film and edit high-quality content (photos and videos) for social media
- Focus on paid search, paid social advertising and promotion of campaigns
- Generate performance reports and dashboards to evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns against defined goals
Desired Qualifications:
- Clear understanding of marketing guidelines pertaining to the legal field
- Experience using Facebook (Meta) Insights for monitoring and analyzing engagement and reach across social media platforms
- Knowledge in building and maintaining brand consistency and awareness
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software
- Firm understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Must provide creative portfolio showcasing previous work on social media content and campaigns
