Paralegal Transactional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a focus on transactional law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional experience with a focus on contracts and corporate transactions. Estate planning experience is a plus. Chapter 11 Bankruptcy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

§ Assist attorneys with legal case management, including document preparation, research, and organization

§ Manage and maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence

§ Support project management, including coordinating with clients and other team members

§ Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

§ Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, filing documents, and preparing mailings

§ Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals

§ Participate in meetings to stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments

Qualifications:

§ 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in transactional law.

§ Strong knowledge of corporate transactions and legal processes.

§ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

§ Proficient in legal research and drafting.

§ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
