The Law Offices of Stephen H. Nickey. P.C. is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary - Receptionist.
Experience : At least 3 years.
Areas of Law Practice : Civil litigation (Plaintiff - Defendant), Construction, Business, Creditor Rights, Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning.
Proficient in word, excel, word perfect, adobe acrobat, outlook, and Texas E-Filing. Working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
Task may include : Preparation of Affidavits or other documents such as legal correspondence, organize / filing and maintain documents and files in paper and electronic filing system.
Candidates must be organized, reliable and able to meet deadlines; great customer service. On the job training is available. This is a busy law firm.
Candidates must be able to work occasional extra hours and some weekends.
Bilingual preferred.
HOURLY SALARY DOE.
