We are a boutique criminal and family law firm with multiple offices , and we’re expanding! We need an energetic, people-focused professional to be the face of the firm , ensuring our clients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their legal journey. The job – and our firm – are both exciting, fast-paced, and fun!
What You’ll Do :
- Serve as the primary contact for all clients, keeping them informed and supported.
- Routinely meet with clients to review discovery, answer questions, and discuss case progress.
- Schedule appointments and ensure clients stay up to date on important dates and processes.
- Handle client needs with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate client records in our client management system.
- Prepare minor legal documents to assist clients with their cases.
- Help with advertising on social media and community outreach to enhance the firm’s presence.
