Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Team Member
As a front-line employee, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service. Your duties will include:
- Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning to the highest standards.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions, engaging in physically demanding tasks, and lifting/carrying items weighing 35-80 pounds.
- Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and prepared for the next day's operations.
- Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, lawn service, or related fields preferred.
- Willingness to undergo training if lacking prior experience, completing within six months.
- Meeting additional minimum requirements necessary for the position.
Benefits & Compensation
The pay for this position ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on your experience in lawncare or landscaping. Additional compensation is available for eligible drivers capable of pulling trailers.
