Mid-level Corporate Associate

Our client is an AmLaw 100 firm who is consistently recognized in the legal industry for their dedication to quality of life. The firm prioritizes associate development and is a leader in DEI, pro bono and employee wellness. They are seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join the Silicon Valley office. Candidates must have 5 years of corporate experience.
- Significant experience in corporate transactional work including venture capital, M&A and / or private equity transactions.
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent oral advocacy, legal research, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently with minimal oversight.
- Admission to the State Bar of South Carolina.
325k-$365k / year depending on experience.
