Commercial Litigation Associate

They are seeking Commercial Litigation Associate to join the Denver office. This hire will primarily support the Food Systems business unit.
Candidates should have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients. Experience in both state and federal court is preferred, and experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial. Second-chair experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required.
Base compensation will range from $215k-$255k. The firm offers a competitive bonus structure and full benefits.
