Estate Attorney - Old Town
One of San Diego’s Top Estate Planning law firms is seeking a quality individual to come be a part of our team! This is a full-time, Monday through Thursday position, 8AM to 6PM.
Candidates should be:

· Highly organized, adaptable, focused, and able to handle multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
· Able to prioritize, work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision

Main responsibilities would include:
· Meetings with clients to go over services and drafted documents
· Draft, read, and interpret legal documents
· Prepare probate inventories, court filings and probate/trust administration accountings
· Produce summaries and accountings
· Working with clients to set specific deadlines and following up diligently to see necessary tasks through
· Proficiency with cloud-based applications such as Office, CRM software (Act)
· Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
· 3 years of probate and trust administration experience in a law firm
· In-depth understanding and appreciation of the trust and estate administration process from start to finish
· Familiarity with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Spreadsheets
· California Notary Public a plus
Salary/Benefits:
· Competitive pay commensurate with experience
