The LCF Group, Inc., based in New Hyde Park, NY, is a fast-growing MCA direct funder serving small businesses nationwide. The LCF Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Director of Marketing, responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our community outreach efforts.
Hours of Operation: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: New Hyde Park, NY
Director of Marketing Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive exponential growth, encompassing demand generation, customer acquisition, and branding initiatives.
- Establish a structured framework for marketing innovation, advocating for strategic investments to drive sustainable growth.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, prioritizing expenditures to ensure strong new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set goals and monitor key revenue growth metrics, providing strategic insights and performance reports to the executive team.
Director of Marketing Qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years of marketing experience; background in financial services is advantageous.
- 5 years of experience managing a team
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-channel marketing within direct-to-consumer business models.
- Experience in early-stage and growth-stage companies is highly desirable, showcasing adaptability in dynamic environments.
