About the Role:
The LDM Group is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst/Management Analyst at the Journeyman level to support Security Cooperation and Foreign Military Sales programs. The ideal candidate will assist Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads with case management activities in accordance with U.S. government laws, regulations, and policies guiding foreign military transactions.
Clearance Required
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
Experience Level: 3–10 years relevant experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the efforts and actions of Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
- Assist Case Managers in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework.
- Ensure compliance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and applicable DoD acquisition policies.
- Collaborate with Security Cooperation team members to monitor, update, and report on FMS case status and actions.
- Manage data using key FMS-related systems such as the Case Development and Tracking System (CDAT), Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), and Acquisition Management System (AMS) suites.
- Provide accurate and timely support to ensure effective case execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties consistent with the functional description.
- Strong understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes and supporting documentation.
Desired Attributes:
- At least 2 years of direct Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience.
- Proficiency in the use of CDAT, DSAMS, and AMS Suite tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
