The Lead Group is a fast-growing marketing company specializing in personal loan lead generation. We manage multiple high-traffic websites and work with financial partners to connect consumers with lending solutions. As we scale, we’re bringing our design capabilities in-house to enhance our brand, optimize user experience, and support our sales and marketing efforts across digital and print platforms.
The Role:
We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer who combines creative vision with technical expertise to design and optimize digital and print assets for our fintech marketing websites and sales initiatives. This role blends design execution, strategic thinking, and collaboration with our marketing and IT teams.
As part of our team, you'll gain a deep understanding of our business and contribute to a variety of projects—from website UI/UX design to sales materials and digital assets for advertising campaigns.
This is a hybrid position based in the Kansas City area. You'll join us in our Leawood, KS office Monday through Wednesday, with the flexibility to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays!
Responsibilities:
- Website & UX/UI Design
- Create mockups for website updates, white-label sites, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Maintain and manage Figma design files for all sites, ensuring layouts, updates, and content are organized and current.
- Manage all site change tickets with the development team, ensuring they are executed correctly and on-time.
- Provide recommendations on site improvements using UX/UI best practices and data insights.
- Organize and manage relevant Confluence pages for design-related documentation.
- Deliver UX/UI Design Review Reports.
- Content & Asset Management
- Format logos and images as requested by publishers or internal teams.
- Design conference materials such as banners, flyers, and promotional assets.
- Support internal marketing efforts with branding materials, presentations, and reports.
- Deliver Monthly Design Deliverables Reports.
- Brand & Visual Strategy:
- Ensure brand consistency across all design work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine the visual identity of marketing materials and digital properties.
- Optimize graphics for performance, accessibility, and conversion.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in graphic/web design, preferably in fintech, lead generation, or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an ability to communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience designing for conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design improvements.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks.
- Experience working in fintech, financial services, or lead generation.
