Job Description :

As an ALP / Service Manager you will operationally lead a team of FST's (Fire Service Technicians). A team typically consists of 8-10 FST's. FST's are responsible for installing, testing and inspecting the Fire Protection equipment for the client base which includes the following :

• Extinguisher Inspection
• Fire Sprinkler Systems
• Fire Extinguisher Training
• Fire Alarm Monitoring
• Value Inspection Program
• Fire Alarm Panels
• Emergency & Exit Lights
• Kitchen Suppression
• Hazard Suppression
• National Fire Protection

This ALP role is a fast track to becoming a General Manager and requires a relocation within a year to 18 months (anywhere in the country) This is a requirement. You will be trained on all aspects of the business so when the time comes for you to become a General Manager, it will be a smooth transition for you to run a location. The General Manager role oversees the entire location which includes the Service department, Outside Sales, the Office and Warehouse staff. Each of those departments will have Managers that run those departments but those Managers will report up to the General Manager. A typical location has anywhere between 50-100 partners.
