What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Hotel Revenue Management position at The Leading Hotels of the World?
The Head of Hotel Revenue Management is a key member of the Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) Member Experience team. You are responsible for leading the team that leads new member hotels through the onboarding process as we implement the systems and build their capabilities to realize value quickly from their LHW membership. This team manages the onboarding process, working closely with the Implementation team and Member Success leads and other internal teams to meet and celebrate critical onboarding milestones. They also support member hotels beyond the onboarding phase, providing expert guidance, making strategic recommendations, and facilitating training for hotel Commercial Strategy teams. This role involves close collaboration with our member hotels, key partners, and LHW staff to implement Commercial Strategy optimization practices that align with our company's strategic goals and market dynamics.
The Head of Revenue Enablement will report to Sr. Director, Member Enablement & Support.
This is a full-time position based in New York. We offer a flexible hybrid model working 2 days in the office, and 3 days at home. Candidates should be willing to travel as the job requires.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team that own system implementation and revenue systems training for new hotels and hoteliers, as well as work with an assigned portfolio of hotels to manage systems implementation and hotelier training
- Hold the team accountable for procedures governing the hotel Revenue Enablement experience and capturing all required information in Salesforce
- Accountable for reporting and meeting team targets
- Work with other teams to identify common issues experienced by hoteliers, so that training programs and technical solutions can be proactively developed to reduce hotel issues over time
- Oversee the development of systems and revenue management training programs to build hotelier skills and capabilities.
- Provide thought leadership and best practice recommendations to hotels, designed to ensure they are proficient in revenue and commercial strategy principles and practices.
- Collaborate with senior management and key partners to align strategies with the company's global objectives.
- Facilitate the adoption of advanced analytics and revenue management tools and technologies across the portfolio.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of revenue management strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary to respond to changing market conditions.
- Create tools and processes that offer expert guidance on pricing, distribution, inventory management, and promotional strategies to hotel revenue teams.
- Create tools and processes that offer guidance on technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives that can enhance revenue management processes.
- Work on internal cross functional projects as needed.

About You
- You have excellent project management skills and experience delivering complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- You have a strong track record of building strong relationships with customers at multiple levels
- You are a strong people leaders, with a strong track record of managing a global team
- You are a strong communicator with excellent technical and business knowledge
- You are highly empathetic and good with people
- You are passionate about luxury hotels and have experience in travel, hospitality development and sales, marketing, revenue, and/or hotel operations
- You are proficient in English and Spanish
Education And Experience
- University degree or equivalent. MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years’ experience managing complex customer projects
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in hospitality revenue management, distribution or technology role
Compensation
Expected Salary*: $130,000-145,000
Target Incentive bonus: 10%
- Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, location and applicable laws.

Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
