The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. You will play a key role in supporting lifecycle campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience across various marketing channels.
This internship offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work on real-world projects while learning about lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies for a global luxury hospitality brand.
This is a paid 12-week summer internship based in our New York City office, with a hybrid model working on-site 2 days per week. Exact dates of the internship are flexible between June and September.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of email and push notification campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
- Vendor & Market Research: Support the team by researching potential marketing tools and vendors, providing insights to inform decision-making.
- Training & Learning: Receive on-the-job training on lifecycle marketing tools, data analysis, and campaign strategies.
- Project Management: Help maintain and update JIRA tickets, ensuring key action items from Lifecycle Marketing meetings are accurately documented and tracked.
- Content Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure campaign calendars align with the broader customer engagement strategy.
- Creative Briefing: Assist in drafting concise, actionable creative briefs in line with brand guidelines and Leaders Club Member expectations.
- Performance Tracking: Collect and organize campaign performance data, contributing insights that support ongoing optimization efforts.
You Are
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and campaign execution.
- A strong communicator and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools
- A creative problem-solver that enjoys exploring new ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.
