This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Baltimore, MD. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial activities, managing budgets, financial planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial data analysis and forecasting
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience in strategic planning and risk management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Experience in the non-profit sector is desirable
