A photo of the Anti-Saloon League spans the walls along with pictures of history – old sports photos and historic photos of the founders’ families. The photos and mural enhance the motif of the vintage, speakeasy inspired eatery. The menu offers an eclectic mix of traditional and modern American cuisine, chef-inspired features, and weekly specials.
The tavern boasts a cocktail menu that takes guests on a stroll through history, featuring Vintage cocktails like the Moscow Mule, served in authentic copper mugs, craft cocktails made with fresh ingredients, an extensive selection of fine spirits, personally selected wines and a special “Stash” menu with the founders’ favorite libations.

As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide "Notable Hospitality." You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility for our patrons and their safety. You must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant needs
- Restock and replenish bar inventory
- ID customers to confirm legal drinking age
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed
Requirements: TABC & Food Handlers Certified
Salary: This is a tipped position with excellent earning potential!
