Your responsibilities will include : ATM Network ManagementMonitoring MAA network status and system uptimeEnsuring availability of participating institutions' ATMsMaintaining records of ATM issues and conducting trend analysisCollaborating with third-party maintenance providers delivering world-class serviceFinancial OperationsGenerating and distributing accurate reports on transactional performance, returns, and adjustmentsPerforming daily reconciliation of ATM deposits and settlement processesReviewing deposit items and notifying participants of suspicious activity to prevent lossesClient RelationsBuilding and maintaining long-term relationships with credit union clientsAssisting credit unions in identifying opportunities within MAA servicesResponding promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficientlyKnowledge and ComplianceDeveloping expertise in credit union services, finances, and operationsStaying updated on MAA products, services, policies, and security measuresEnsuring compliance with information processing and security standardsContinuous ImprovementContributing to special projects that enhance MAA's network products and servicesIdentifying and proposing solutions for ongoing operational challengesStaying informed about industry trends and best practicesThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of financial technology and client service, making a real impact on the efficiency and security of our ATM network.Qualifications : An Associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.A minimum of three years in customer service is required. Experience in credit unions or banking is highly desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) at an intermediate level is essential.Familiarity with ATMs and item processing functions is beneficial.Work Schedule : As an Operations Specialist, you can expect to work onsite from 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with an option for occasional overtime.
