Job Description
Deliverables:
Fundus Capture Rate above 85%
New tech training success rate above 90%
Scribe for doctor during exam with accuracy 95% or above.
Continuing Education:
Advanced experiential learning, optionally augmented by specialized coursework
Studying for CPOT certification and/or NCLE Advanced certification.
Tenure Prerequisites:
6-month minimum occupancy at Level 2
KPIs:
New tech training success rate above 90%.

Compensation Band:
$18 - $22
Incentive Structure:
$500 performance bonus
Eligibility for an in-house mentorship program.
Qualifications
Core Competencies:
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment procedures
Tutelage of junior technicians.
Pharmaceutical ocular administration
Begin learning to conduct basic refractions
Comprehensive understanding of diverse ophthalmic disorders and pathological conditions.
Understanding all optical terminology and ability to notate patient charts
