What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Afternoon Assistant Teacher position at The Learning Center?
Part-time assistant teacher for our 3 to 4-year-old age groups from 12:00pm to 6:00pm Monday-Friday. Position will be needed to begin working in January 2025. Assistant Teachers are expected to support the classroom in daily learning and care activities and encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children. Starting pay increases with education and experience. The ideal candidate will have prior child care experience. Positions in NC child care requires a high school diploma, First Aid & CPR, state and federal child care specific background checks, a current physical, and a current TB test.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.73 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 28.45 per week
