Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in developing and implementing daily lesson plans that promote age-appropriate social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Engage children in hands-on activities and play-based learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, ensuring that materials are accessible to students.
- Support the development of each child's individual needs, providing one-on-one attention as needed.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to evaluate student progress and maintain accurate records of children's development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
