Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for Infants ranging from 3 months to 12 months of age, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way. The Infant Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for all children.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Organize activities that enhance children's physical, social, and cognitive skills.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Behavior management strategies in an educational setting.
- Daycare or preschool environments.
- Early childhood education principles.
- Infant care practices.
- Nannying or babysitting experience is a plus.
