TLE Middletown is looking for a dedicated and nurturing assistant for the toddler classrooms.
Infant and toddler assistants needed to work with Head Teachers in our infant and toddler lead teachers to create a safe environment for our students to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones!
We're looking for someone who will demonstrate good judgment in the care and play provided to the infant and toddler students. Our infant and toddler classrooms are full of love, giggles, and smiles.

Role Responsibilities :
Overall classroom management : leading / creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can play and learn.
Serve as a role model to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Build relationships with families and coworkers to create an inviting environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Minimum Qualifications Needed :
High School Diploma with 2 years of experience in a licensed child care program
Preferred if you are enrolled in an Early Childhood Education major
Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
