They have an essential ability to apply their business knowledge to customer engagement and leading people, ultimately creating an environment where others can thrive.
Role Responsibilities :
BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND PEOPLE LEADERSHIP
Drives financial performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the centerEffectively analyzes and reconciles monthly P&L statements; creates action plans based on past performance and forecasted occupancyHires outstanding talent and ensures center is fully staffed with high performing teachersEffectively manages labor; Approves all final work schedules to ensure appropriate ratios are always intactForecasts future enrollment based on annual graduationProcesses payroll, ensuring the accuracy of timekeeping systemsManages center inventory- office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.Manages all vendor relationships- organizes facilities maintenance and technology supportEnsures parent billings, account receivables and collections are accurate and preciseIn partnership with Center Director, conducts team meetings to communicate important information and set a directionCUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Executes marketing brand campaigns within the center and implements local marketing activities.Oversees Work and Family program- building new relationships with community and business leaders (Housing Communities, Chamber of Commerce, Local Businesses)Effectively uses social media channels for parent engagement and retentionNurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment.Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customersHas a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the communityMaintains the lead tracking portal and customer databaseCoordinates the registration process and maintains customer and employee information in center systemsResponsible for communications to families (i.e. billing, newsletters)Plans and manages budget for parent pleasersQualifications :
3 years experience in people management - cross-industry experience is welcome2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting preferredAbility to leverage data to understand the business and make decisionsBachelors degree preferredJob Type : Full-time
Pay : $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Role Responsibilities :
PEOPLE LEADERSHIP
Conducts classroom observations, evaluations, and provides feedback that motivates and encourages learningManages team to ensure curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards;Hands on leader who can run the classroom on as needed basisListens objectively to employee concerns and plans a recommended course of actionBuilds and communicates weekly schedulesDaily management of classroom ratiosBuilds and communicates center schedules to ensure appropriate ratios are always intact and labor is effectively managed to budget.CUSTOMER FOCUS
Manage and update student files. Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students with State licensing regulations.Executes parent pleasersExecution of our parent communication appEnsures the physical environment and health / safety standards are fully compliant with local and state licensing regulationsManages relationships with state licensors and conducts center evaluationsMedication managementConducts monthly emergency safety drillsFlexible hours - Must be able to open or close the Center.Qualifications :
Three or more years of center leadership / management experience highly preferred.Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.Bachelors degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred.Must meet state specific guidelinesMust qualify to be a center director in PennsylvaniaTLE is an Equal Opportunity employer.
