As a Daycare Toddler Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will be an ambassador of happiness, creating daily opportunities to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and our communities. Our passionate teachers, responsible for implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, work with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a lifelong love of learning. Our Toddler Teachers:
- Create a warm and inviting classroom environment where young children can learn, play, and grow.
- Foster a love for learning and exploration by utilizing our engaging and comprehensive L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, which serves as the foundation for creating exciting and developmentally appropriate lessons.
- Regularly communicate with parents, sharing their children's daily adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Contribute to the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
- Prioritize the safety and security of each child, ensuring their well-being at all times.
Toddler Teacher Qualifications:
- Ability to build strong relationships with families and coworkers, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment where play and learning thrive.
- Preferred: At least 6 months of professional teaching experience.
- High School Diploma/GED required. College coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
- Preferred: CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
