We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team at The Learning Experience for Multi-Unit group franchise Locations in Stallings/Belmont/Harrisburg/Indian Land. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Manage employee relations and provide support for any HR-related issues
- Administer and maintain employee benefits and payroll
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
