Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Have two or more years of center teacher mentoring experience (highly preferred) or at least two years of center teacher experience (required).Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or an Associates of Art in Early Childhood Education (highly preferred).Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.TLE Cares Benefits Package – Because we care about you.
