- C ommunicating regularly with parents :
- Creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals.
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children .
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility
- A ssociate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma / GED (required)
- CPR and First Aide certification preferred.
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.

Sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements : Using variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions to keep families informed. Build relationships with families and coworkers :
