We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director.

- Implement and monitor TLE curriculum
- Ensure the curriculum adheres to state and national early childhood education standards.
- Regularly review and revise the curriculum to support the teachers personal teaching styles
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively.
- Organize and lead professional development sessions for teaching staff focusing on new educational practices, classroom management techniques, and curriculum updates.
- Observe classroom activities and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Evaluate and select educational materials and resources that support the curriculum goals.
- Manage the allocation and usage of teaching resources and materials to optimize educational outcomes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and experts for supplemental educational programs and materials.
- Implement TLE assessment frameworks to monitor student progress and curriculum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teachers to analyze assessment data and make adjustments to the instructional strategies and curriculum as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on curriculum outcomes and student progress to school management and parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents about curriculum content and their child’s progress.
- Organize and participate in parent workshops, informational sessions, and community events to enhance the school's community involvement.
- Act as a liaison between the school and local educational committees or boards.
- Ensure the curriculum and teaching practices comply with all regulatory, accreditation and TLE requirements.
- Maintain documentation and records related to curriculum development and implementation for review by accreditation and TLE bodies.
- Have experience in center leadership / management, curriculum experience (highly preferred) or Administrative experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
