The Center Director (CD) is responsible for the overall operation of the center, ensuring adherence to company policies and state licensing standards. The CD leads compliance with operational procedures, providing an optimal educational, care, and safe environment for children, families, and the community. They maintain the highest standards by being actively involved in daily operations, curriculum implementation, and staff support while promoting the company's positive image. Achieving profitability through new enrollments and retaining existing families is also a key responsibility.

Maximize center capacity and profitability, achieving over 90% capacity.Maintain licensed capacity and ratios in daily attendance.Be available to parents, listen to concerns, and take appropriate action.Ensure retention through quality programs.Convert leads into parent tours and enrollments, accurately reporting withdrawals and new starts.Nurture relationships and effective communication with families.Regularly solicit feedback from parents for center improvement.Health and Safety :
Maintain good working relationships with licensing and health board representatives.Ensure the physical environment and health / safety procedures comply with regulations.Enforce safety policies and procedures.Implement standards to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment.Proactive Management :
Address issues proactively with a solutions-oriented approach.Understand the importance of structured time management.Manage compliance at state and company levels effectively.Communication and Support :
