Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; CDA, Associate's or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, or related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
- Knowledge of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass background checks required by state regulations.
