Position Overview:
We are seeking an administrative assistant to our center's Educational Center Director.

Schedule:
- Administrative role to support pre-opening operations
Pre-Opening Administrative Assistant Role: ($20 hourly Commission for every family enrolled)
- Administrative position with the option to be Lead Teacher after opening if chosen.
- Assist in preparing the center for its grand opening, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth launch.
- Serve as the Educational Center Director Designee, helping with administrative duties such as record-keeping, staff support, and other operational tasks.
- On Site Training from the Center Director
- Lead tours for prospective families and handle inquiries about enrollment with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist in generating and following up on enrollment leads, including outreach calls to potential families.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Minimum of an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or currently enrolled in a study program.

Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred (minimum of 6 months required).
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) in early childhood education.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Skills:
- Ability to create meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, energetic, and adaptable personality with a passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to balance administrative duties with teaching responsibilities.
