Assist Center Leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of the center.Provide leadership and guidance to the teaching team and ensure that they are delivering high quality programs and services.Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring that children are receiving a safe and nurturing learning experience.Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.Support your centers success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.Do You :
